Had a good time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Staff made us feel at ease with their smiles and efficient service. Klaus at the front desk was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. Everyday they were able to provide me with incredible information, in english nonetheless, which I Seldom came across in Xi'an. I could probably write an entire review just about the breakfast, but I will most definitely be putting together a review video depicting the idyllic rooms and architecture of the entire hotel. Everything was so well designed, practical, and made me feel like I was living in luxury. 5 Stars, for others I say come here.

It’s a fantastic property and Klaus introduced himself and acted as point person. All the staff were genuine, super fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. Great property. Easy to catch a cab to where you want to get to

The hospitality offered by this hotel is extraordinary. Manson, Laurence and Alina made us feel like family. The love, care and attention they paid to our wellbeing and comfort was second to none. We will never forget them. We have always enjoyed staying at Crowne Plaza hotels and our experience here has made as life long fans.
