We had a wonderful 3 night stay at ALoft in Indianapolis. The location is perfect for walking around downtown ( valet is pricey if you have a car ). The room was very spacious with wonderful beds, strong shower and good a/c. ** We would like to give an extra shout out to Andrea at the front desk who went above and beyond to be super friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel and location.

From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking. We did not use the bar or canteen area, but they looked really nice and upscale. I did see protein and low carb snacks. We definitely would stay there again.
