Su estructura es increíble lo cercano a todo la seguridad está hermoso la amabilidad del personal su rica comida su café delicioso un hotel hecho como que estás en casa muy recomendable

The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Our shower was not particularly strong, but the bathroom was clean and looked good.
It is very close to the centre of Puebla, so excellent for exploring.

Charming hotel interior/courtyard. Nice cafe with good espresso. Rooms are clean and pretty basic. No a/c but a fan was provided. Fantastic service - front desk called to set up our early morning cab, then were on top of calling to check in when they were a few minutes late. Overall very happy and a great value!

Fantastic Super friendly staff . El lugar súper bien ubicado . Todo demaciado bonito . La comida del restaurante muy rica también . El café del coffee bar también excelente !!!

Although the toon was clean, the carpet had stains all over the place. Also, the light was too dim . For a night, maybe 2 it was ok.
