had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madinah. The location was excellent—very close to rawdah, which made everything convenient. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Hannan and Rubel, who were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were always kind, professional, and very helpful. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would definitely stay here again. Highly

The rooms are very clean and the staffs are very friendly. The hotel is very close to the Masjid Al-Nabawi. The wifi works perfectly.

It was nice place, nice stay, polite and helpful stuff, i would like to thank them, may God bless them.

The WiFi was not the best. Can be stronger. Lost connection many times. Shower pressure was weak and water was not hot enough.

The breakfast buffet was amazing.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The room had a window with a massive gap, which I reported to the staff as soon as we noticed it. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and throughout the night we could hear loud wind and outside noise, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom also had issues. The shower door was broken, so every time we showered, water flooded onto the bathroom floor. This created a serious slipping hazard, especially as we were travelling with young children. The room itself was acceptable, but the maintenance and overall condition were not up to the standard we expected. I also informed the receptionist that I wasn’t satisfied with our stay. Due to the language barrier, he simply replied, “Thank you. Jazak’Allah,” which was quite ironic given that I was making a complaint. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of maintenance and the staff’s response to the issues we raised. I hope these problems are addressed for future guests.

Clean room. Very friendly stuff. Ask for Ahmed. In the main desk. He is very helpful. The hotel very close to the masjed. Only 5 minutes. I very recommend this hotel. And definitely will back here again in future and recommend to others

Absolutely loved it. Great location literally 5 minutes from the Haram. Clean, pretty, and the staff where great. Md Shipon and the older Indian gentleman helping at the entrance were amazing, courteous and very helpful. Made my stay very pleasant. I strongly recommend. And the price was affordable for the location.
