Room door did not close completely. Heating and air was barely working! Floors were extremely dirty. Shower handle was broke so could only use hot water. Blankets and sheets had stains everywhere. There was no beach view provided definitely a scam!

Did a great job remodeling. My room was very nice and comfortable.

The best part of our stay was the front desk agent, who I believe was named Angie. She was friendly, professional, and apologetic for the issues we encountered. Her excellent customer service was the one bright spot during our visit. The room my four children and I stayed in was not clean. I always come prepared with cleaning supplies, so I cleaned all of the hard surfaces myself. The bedding was also dirty. Housekeeping initially brought up clean sheets, but the comforter appeared to be melted or damaged. They returned with another comforter, which was also dirty. Angie continued to help until she was finally able to locate clean bedding, and I truly appreciated her efforts. The room layout worked well for our family, but the pull-out bed had popcorn in and underneath it, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. When the bedding was replaced, they did add a mattress pad to the pull-out bed. The refrigerator also had a sheet of ice covering the top shelf. Other issues included a very loud radiator that continuously blew hot air toward the balcony. In addition, dirty water dripped from the balconies above, making it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view. The ocean view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Check-in was quick, easy, and accommodating. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room fell well below expectations. Without Angie's outstanding customer service, our experience would have been much more disappointing.

The room was nice and the pool was nice only down fall was ice machine was down today and the elevator was down for little but overall would stay there again

The hotel was very nice. For it being an older one it wasn’t bad. It does have an elevator and I know on here it says it doesn’t which is a plus but I called ahead to request a lower floor because I thought there was no elevator. Only things that would be nice is for there to be towel holders for shower towels, and for someone to come in everyday to at least vacuum. I’m not worried about much of anything else but with having hardwood floors it was uncomfortable to walk with sandy floors.

Clean, economic, beach view good staff and parking

Great location, but room sliding door was in bad shape, there was no lamp in the room. The hotel needs paint and some maintenance.

Very great experience I will be visiting again I loved every minute of it
