Shower tray was cracked and trap was blocked with hair.
Gutter above window was blocked and dripping constantly.

Breakfast and staff were fantastic. Check in was smooth. We found free parking around the corner on Murray street. Great location.

Breakfast was great and staff is friendly but rooms next to the street prepare not to sleep since the windows don’t stop the all night chatter in the streets. Also mattresses were a bit tired so you end up in a middle in a hole

Fantastic The receptionist couldn't have been any more helpful, even climbing the stairs to the top floor despite being 6 months pregnant. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Bar staff were lovely.

Lovely hotel, great location. Room was very hot. We complained as a few of thought the sausages at breakfast were off. The server told us they were from the butchers the day before, but that didn’t mean they were fresh! I would have expected the dishes to be taken away but we were left sitting in front of them until we left.
