Have staid there many times and it just gets better.

Great hotel with very comfortable clean rooms. Lots of nice areas to sit and relax with a drink and a very nice beer garden where we had freshly made pizza which was delicious. We stayed two nights and Harry and the team gave great service and very friendly. Breakfast was great too.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay- amazing, friendly staff. Excellent amenities and clean and comfy! Would stay again in a heartbeat and was sad to leave! Thank you.

The room was clean but rather small. We had asked for two single beds and the hotel was great about accomodating us. The bar breakfast and dinner was excellent. The proximity to the west ealing train station was also an added plus.

We had stayed at this hotel last. year and had booked the junior suite. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, the bathroom was huge and the breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful in our check in and check out. I recommended this hotel to my family traveling from Australia and from India who all stayed there and loved it. The west ealing train station is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

A lovely hotel with lots of character, centered around a great pub with an amazing and very extensive pub garden. We were there on a Saturday night, and it was really fun and lively. I've stayed in many hotels where the bar is virtually empty and a bit dreary, but this is a place the locals go to. So convenient for the airport and central London. This place is a real find. The breakfast was excellent too!

● It would have been helpful to have had a set of basic operational instructions on how to use the coffee maker located on the table-top in the bedroom for those not used to these contraptions. ● The 2nd door inside the bedroom should be labeled with the intended purpose for it's existence. Is it a firedoor perhaps? It seemed that there were some curious individuals trying to find out what was behind these doors. ● The snacks and refreshments located on the table in the bedroom could be labeled as chargeable or not on an itemized list to avoid having to ask the hotel staff embarrassing questions. ● A separate rubbish bin for recyclable♻️ waste and another one for non-recyclable waste would have been better. ● The shower experience especially for people with certain mobility issues could be further improved by having the option of being able to borrow an adjustable height shower stool. ● Fruit juice was sometimes dispensed very slowly, if at all, because the level in the dispensers seemed to be insufficient. The fruit juice dispensers located on a shelf in the breakfast area should be kept topped up/ better maintained. ● There should be a price-cap on excessive daily room rate increases especially for those who have already stayed for a few days and wish to extend their hotel stay. I was deterred from booking an extra night or two just because I felt that the price jump was unreasonable/ unjustifiable, at nearly double for just one night extra! ;))

Clean room, small but kind staff, fun venue with things to do outside the room

The included breakfast was incredible. Discounts at the bar, restaurant, and cleaners was great. 5 minute walk to the train station. Room was very comfortable with a nice tub in the bathroom. Unlimited free bottled water kept in an accessible refrigerator. Very roomy. A great experience all around.
