Great location in a quiet part of Tokyo. Multiple convenience stores, dining options and a subway station less than 5 minutes from Hotel. Room size was OK for 3 travellers (1 couple + single) - separate toilet and bathroom which was great. Washing machine dryer was also great to have. Didn’t have much staff interaction as the check in process etc was all ‘computerised’ but worked well. Access was all code driven so no room keys etc required which was good when multiple people staying.

Property is in good shape, Washer/Dryer combo could use some updates, Overall nice place, Everything is so remote and hands off, No human interaction at all.If you enjoy quite and safe place ,this is it. Good location!! Definitely different experience.Thank you !!!!!!

something to consider when booking. they ask guests to clean certain areas ie: washroom and kitchen (if dishes were used). garbage expected to be taken to the front of the door if guest needs a change.

駅からも近く、商店街も近くにあって立地がとてもよかったです。 歩いて15分ほどで上野アメ横まで行けます。 ３泊４日しましたが、何不自由なく過ごせました。子供がいたのでキッチンやバスタブがあるのはとても便利です。次回東京に行く時も使わせていただきます。

Staff was unfriendly but the area was quiet. However security wise would have picked one with concierge next time as someone was trying to barge in while entering code and knocked on the door really hard one morning. No luggage storage as stated on website is a major disadvantage in exploring Tokyo especially with the hour earlier check out compared to other accommodation.

Nice stay. Convenient location. Be prepared because some of the staff does not speak English, but they do have a 24 hour translation service you can call. They do not have an iron board and only one dresser for clothes, though there was a small space to hang up clothes. But it was a 2 bedroom room. A lot smaller than what is shown on site. I needed help with the heater and received prompt service. Everyone was accommodating. Unfortunately, you can only watch youtube for English speaking shows. They have Netflix, hulu but you have to be registered on a Japanese domain.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean and well-maintained, and all utensils and appliances were in great condition. The washer and dryer provided were especially convenient and made the stay even more comfortable. The staff made a good job for cleaning the room and prepared the bed.

Amazing stay - the premier apartment for 6 pax is very comfortable. Love that thy accommodate my requests to have clean towels daily. Location is perfect. Downside - pillows are super thin.
