It is luxury grand hotel with history! They also newly renovated the property! Neoclassical style! All staffs are very nice and friendly! The room is quiet spacious!

Incredible stay with incredible staff. The Waldorf Astoria Helsinki knows how to make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!! So much so that I am considering applying for Amex credit card for Waldorf Astoria points!! Job well done!

Fantastic
Beautiful decor and ambiance! Excellent service! Linens that feel like pure luxury and elegance. Only reason I gave them a good for upkeep of location is the carpet - it needs to go and it needs a more upscale flooring. Other then that it is simple a delight to stay here! I am coming back later on this week! I cannot wait!

Our room in this Hotel was second to none our room was amazing the chandelier’s, the comfort the ambiance was second to none first class, the whole hotel was amazing, staff friendly and helpful thank you all for a lovely stay.
