The location of this hotel is perfect, parking is convenient, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. ​Unfortunately, my experience with the room was very disappointing. I had reserved a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, I was told none were available. The staff placed me in a smoking room instead, promising they would freshen it up so it wouldn't smell. Sadly, it didn't work—the room still smelled terribly of stale smoke. While I appreciate the staff's friendly attitude, I expected to get the room type I actually reserved.

Greeted by the most miserable women. I’m a bubbly person so I said hi as friendly as usual. But she didn’t even bother to say hi back, no smile, didn’t give any information about parking or checkout, just asked for my license, handed us the key gave the room number all with a miserable scowl on her face, and walked away. Super bad first impression. The room was clean but bare bones. No hair dryer or iron just fyi, wish I’d looked into that ahead of time. Location was a bit dodgy but close enough to where we were heading. However, I would not stay here again just for the miserable greeting alone.
