Café da manhã farto, no estilo asiático. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Quarto deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos: toalhas não são boas e não fornecem toalhas de rosto. Água quente acaba rápido, no meio pro final do banho tomei banho gelado. Banheiro sem box, molha tudo…

From the looks of this hotel it looked nice. However upon arrival waiting almost 40 minutes while the dust manager ignored me. Then was told there was a problem with the room. I in communicate with the manager up to 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was held up about 40 minutes in the lobby and turned away. She sent me to a different Hotel that was a lesser quality. However that hotel manager was very kind and considerate. I would not recommend this hotel as you never know when you show up they may just turn you away like they did me for no apparent reason. And I was booked on expedia.com. the fee was paid and I arrived at the time I told them. Very disappointed with this hotel. I hope Expedia and other booking sites notice. Sincerely Alfred
