Thw hotel was cheap, but even for that price it was not value for money. Dirty floors and toilet, dirty bedding, noise day and night.

That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced, particularly when contrasted with the misleading positive reviews online. The hallways were very dim with odd blue lighting, the walls were stained, and the room had a strong musty smell. We even saw cockroaches during our short stay. The sheets appeared dirty, the shower barely worked with only lukewarm water, and not even the basic necessities of toilet paper and soap were provided. Thankfully we were only there for about 6 hours, but I would not recommend this place.

The pictures are lies! Rooms were dirty and even the hallways were dirty. Not to mention a stray dog was in the hallway yelling all night and I was on the 3rd floor

Everything about this hotel was terrible. Don't believe any of the reviews. We think they are all fake. When we arrived, there were no towels and the water wasn't running. The whole room is shabby and run down. The bathroom floor was wet from a continuous leak. And all of the fixtures are filthy..The pillows did not have cases and were dirty. The bathroom has no knob, the walls are dirty. We paid for the breakfast and dinner included, but at dinner the options are limited to a few choices and there were no beverages. The breakfast consists of different types of bread.

Cleanliness was lacking. The bed was ok and the water was hot. But the place was very old. Fixtures covered in years of calcium deposit and rust. Even a few cockroaches to boot. But, hey, it was cheap.

Rooms were not maintained well. Taps were broken (unable to get shower functioning), pillow cases and towels were dirty, there was a bit of a stuffy smell in the room, floor was dusty. No tea or coffee left in the room until asked however there was a restaurant to order food and drinks. Staff were very nice and receptive to make some improvement when requested. Unfortunately wont recommend this to anyone.

Comfortable and pleasant stay with neat rooms. Food served was hygienic and delicious. Staff was cooperative. The hotel’s location near the Taj Mahal is very convenient.

They didn’t approved my stay. Hotel said we didn’t get any booking of your name

Excellent experience with clean and spacious rooms. Food hygiene was well maintained. Staff was polite and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near the Taj Mahal.
