Room was very large, especially for Japanese standards. Staff were very helpful, especially with needs that arose during our stay. Convenient location, but be aware that it is also close to the bar and clubbing area of Kyoto. Still, it is far away enough that you are not disturbed by others.

Clean room, basic breakfast buffet, pillows are too hard and need changing! Other than that a very comfortable stay in a great location.
