掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 チェックアウト後にも関わらず、雨傘も快く貸して下さり大変助かりました。 また利用したいです。

The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Their ‘no late check-in’ was a godsend due to our flights being canceled/redirected or delayed to Narita Airport instead Kansai International Airport. I was easily able to communicate with them through the Expedia mobile app to confirm their check-in time. 2 travelers, 4 nights, 2 bed (corner) on the 4th floor. Nice view of small local houses and tall commercial buildings in the distance. One con is that there are only 2 washer/dryer sets. If you happen to be staying during a busy holiday or with a large group for multiple nights, they may be inaccessible for a time. Thankfully, they were available from 12:00pm to 23:00. Be sure to get 100JPY coins and detergent (if you don’t have any) beforehand or from the front desk. Our bathroom had a shower/tub, sink and toilet. The shower was plenty tall for anyone close to or just over 6’ or 183cm. The hot water is HOT. Their breakfast foods were delicious and the staff very nice. The espresso was amazing. 10/10, would stay again.

The staff was excellent, and location was perfect and only and 8-10 minute walk to the Osaka loop ( which is the main loop for all of Osaka, I just wish they gave or had wash clothes with the towels they gave with the room, if you need or want one. Bring your own. Also it is right in Korea Town, so if you have the itch for anything Korean (food to be precise) you’ll be covered.

Staff were so friendly

Room is really spacious and clean, location is amazing, next to a lot of shops and food places. Close to station also, would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable, but a few things can be better. Wifi did not work half the time, which is problematic when I need to do work on my laptop. There is also not much space, and bathroom was very small. Reception was friendly but they couldn’t help me book a taxi to the airport.

Everything was fine BUT the raised bed platform is a hazard. My husband banged his left foot during the night and his foot has been swollen and sore for 2 days now. That is a very bad and dangerous set up. Otherwise the room and hotel are very nice.

Entrance was nice and good welcome service. Rooms were exceptionally small for a family of 4, especially the bathroom. Very little space for bags and we packed light, just hard to move around and find space. The neighborhood was not very nice for walking around, we left after one night and booked another hotel near Osaka station. If we didn’t have kids we likely would have made it work but just didn’t want to have to deal with an uncomfortable 3 night stay.

The overall property was great

Great stay, lovely staff and good location. If you are travelling with kids, make sure that you specify how many people there are and how many beds you require.
