The property is new and clean. However, the room is small, no place to sit except on the bed. No desk to work at, and the internet was very slow. There's only 1 place walkable to eat at. The breakfast is very simple.

I booked this hotel particularly because they had a Turkish bath available. I've been to many Turkish baths before, and this one wasn't bad. The massage was good, not great, and the Turkish bath was mediocre. I did not get the full foam treatment that is normally associated with a Turkish bath. Just wet down and then scrubbed with a loofah sponge. This is not what a Turkish bath is all about! I was disappointed in that aspect of it.

My stay was awesome albeit short for overnight stay on my way back to the USA this hotel went over all my expectations from the moment I made my reservation online they expended all effort to arrange a VIP transportation from the airport to upgrading me to a great room with Topline Jacuzzi & a balcony overlooking the city where I enjoyed my coffee and they havd an awesome delicious brunch 5*/5*overall experience I recommend them for next trio in Istanbul especially on your transit you an recharge your batteries & feel the turkish hospitality
