The staff was very attentive and quickly responded to my room door issue. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel is also very conveniently located within the city.

It is a relatively clean hotel but I believe the bottled water there made me sick. It is there own brand in glass bottles but I think it’s two water. I should not have trusted it. A day stuck in bed was the result. At night either the AC or hallway air fresheners have an unpleasant smoky aroma. Staff friendly enough but not very warm like you experience in SE Asian nations or HK or Japan or the list goes on. No one should be giving five stars unless they have traveled a lot. Nothing exceptional here.
