Amazing location, very comfortable room and bed. Thin walls, so maybe not the most private for couples, but probably the best location in Chiang Mai in our opinion. Very friendly staff.

This is a very pleasant hotel at a more budget price point.
The staff are great and very friendly. The location is also great being in the old town with a food market about 150 metres away if you want a cheap meal.
If you want a great place to stay at a budget price then I would recommend Lanna Haven.
