Excellent property with a lot of interesting fine details. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a birthday occasion for us. Several staff came in to sing birthday song with placards. And gave us complimentary photo.

Elegant hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff but you probably need to understand basic Japanese to communicate.
