침실에 거울 딸린 화장대가 없는게 조금 아쉬울뿐.다른건 다 만족스러웠습니다

This hotel was one of the strangest I've ever stayed at. It is a staffless hotel during the week so there is no one to greet you at check in. There are no towel hooks or bars in the bathroom and the towels were stored in a cabinet that I had to discover. The pool was drained so the vibe of the hotel was overall very different from the pictures posted online. I would not stay here again.

It's good family vacation.

The facility itself was nice, but the management could improve…a lot..! Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool. The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didn’t want anyways). La Terrace water park…many of the jacuzzis weren’t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds. Unless you rent overpriced cabanas, there’s no place to sit for a while. Calacatta’s infinity pool was nice but the water was a bit too cold.. even though I think the website advertises that the pools at this resort runs all year round with warm water.

Wonderful pool and facilities with a brand new building.

Installation was new and comfortable. Swimming pool was amazing. Just need to clarify that check in is in a different building
