Quite a nice hotel in a busy but convenient area. I quite liked the room, lots of windows and modern electronics, and a great shower. The staff as always are wonderful. We went up to the roof pool that looked really nice but would have appreciated a little shade area. The price and what you get for it make it a great deal. Breakfast was ok, and the serving could not do enough. Well done everyone, the staff always win our hearts

This hotel is dated and the amenities are not as described. The gym is unusable; there is no aircon and it’s like stepping into a sauna. Breakfast is somewhat chaotic in the mornings, with popular items routinely unavailable. Worst of all, the photos are no resemblance of the facilities. The staff do their best and in typical Vietnamese fashion, nothing is too much trouble. However, the management need to rectify the overall experience, or poor reviews will continue to come in for this property.

We found all the staff more than helpful with the food and beverages manger being exceptional!!! The pool area was in need of some attention with the stairway lights only going on when you are going up so be careful. The breafast was good but not much choice for Europeans. They could benefit by having bigger cups for tea and coffee as staff not that quick in refilling your cup and don't realize that people have milk in their tea and coffee. Would we stay there again most definitely great location handy to the beach with good restaurants around especially the min miro and their duck plo soup!!

This was a great hotel, the staff, the rooms, the roof top pool and the breakfast were awesome. Located in the middle with a short walk to the river on one side and a short walk to the ocean beach strip on the other side. Only mild negative was the pool bar, was a sign saying to call for service but still had to go down to the lobby to get drinks.

Great location

Nice hotel, we had then top floor jacuzzi suite, very nice, clean, lots of space, expensive for this area, but very nice. It was the breakfast that was the let done, restricted, repetitive, average, cramped area for sitting which became busy very quickly, we eventually went ouiut for breakfast.

Good location,close to the ocean,clean room,comfort bed

Room was big enough for 2 pax and clean. Although the breakfast area wasn’t that big, but the food serve was good enough as well. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms that we stayed in were clean and the staff were very polite and helpful during our stay. I would recommend this hotel as it was also close to the beach and many bars and restaurants outside.

Staff are excellent and friendly. Hotel room is vey new. Handy location
