None of the ice makers work. Hallways are hot, dark, and don’t look maintained. Room was spacious. Bed is firm, but not quite hard. Pillows are mediocre. Hotel does not have lotion. Style of the table and chairs in the room look old. Chairs didn’t match. One was black and looked like an old one they may have gotten from an old conference room. The other one was mustard yellow and looked like it was supposed to be in there from the 80s. Overall, it was okay for a quick overnight stay (total stay was less than 12 hours) pretty close to the airport. Would rate it about a step or two above Motel 6.

We stayed at OYO hotel 4 nights. The room that they gave us was dirty and ugly. Hair all over the shower walls and tub. The staff gave us another room. That room was not much better than the first one. So have to stayed an extra night because our flight was canceled. And they charged us an extra 20 dollars for the same room because the staff told us that it was a premium room. We paid because we needed the room. So, we asked for housekeepers service. They never came to clean our room. I asked more than 3 times for the service. Also the toilet water was not working. They came to fix it at least. The place is a disaster. The hall ac is broken. Also the elevators were not working properly. Over all we didn’t have a good experience staying at OYO hotel and casino. I don’t recommend this hotel. We came back home with the bad experience. They need to make a lo of improvements because people need to stay in a comfy and clean place

We stayed 3 nights+1 extra night since our flight was canceled. The room was disgusting, hair on the shower walls, tub and floor. We asked for a different room. They gave us a different room which was not different than the first one. The difference is that is was not hided in a scary place. Since we had to stay one more night we asked for the same room. They charged us $20 extra for the room plus de room price because they said it was a premium room. I explained to them why we have that room but they still charged us $20 extra. So, we asked for housekeeping service like 5 times. They didn’t come to clean the room. One housekeeper came about 11:00pm to try to clean the room which was so annoying because we were sleeping. We didn’t have clean towels because they never came to clean. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. The air conditioner in the hall was broken and the elevator was out of service many times. We had sometimes only 1 elevator for all the guests. I can’t believe that this place was horrible. I have been in Vegas 3 times and this is the first time that I had a bad experience booking a hotel. They need todo lot of improvements I haven’t received my $100 deposit yet.

I have a not so good experience with everything from check in to check out. You have to pay for parking, early check in and late check out. Staff were not so helpful, dirty bathroom, broken lamp, broken elevator and overused pillows. Not the best place to stay in Las Vegas. Everything needs an upgrade.

Staff no good customer service, and the add extra charge to you account with out telling you and crazy price of resort fee and parking lot you need to pay , over price, very low quality hotel but very expensive one they charge like they were 4 stars hotel .

The bathroom was horrible there was hair in the tub mildew around the rim of the tub and there was a hole in the tub and I'm not talking about the drain it was not clean it was just very dirty I will never go there again the BED was like sleeping on concrete and I think was very terrible especially if you have a child and I do have a 7 year old grandson that I took with me and that was not pleased the pool close at 6:00 was very inconvenient it's Vegas and the life guard look like she was falling asleep, it was just a horrible experience I'll never never will I go there again

Location is good. What we weren’t happy about was that the elevators didn’t work!
