The staff here were so helpful and kind, they answered all our questions with a big smile on their face. Our room was compact but very clean with a big bathroom; Perfect for 2 people. The only issue we found was that there was no full length mirror but this is not a major issue and just a preference. Location was great, the metro is 2 minutes away and about 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. There were restaurants and bars near the area if you decided to stay close. Would recommend this hotel highly to travellers and we would return if we came back to Paris.

Near the metro stop, WIFI available, in room instant coffee and tea (not refreshed by staff, but available if requested at the desk. Hair dryer present. Front desk friendly and helpful.
The first room I was offered did not match the description on the reservation site, but staff immediately put me in another room, similar to the ad. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, many nearby cafe's were part of the attraction. This is why I chose the 4 rather than 5 star rating, that said, I would stay there again.

We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good. The staff was very friendly and it was really quiet around the area, so sleeping was easy

The room was good. My only real complaint was that it was right next to the elevator so you can hear it going up and down while you are trying to sleep, but eventually you get used to it. The hot water takes a few minutes to heat up, you just have to wait for it. There were no blankets, so you have bump up the heat. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. It's steps away from the metro station. Definitely recommend it.
