Convenient location near Ueno station and all of the popular attractions but tucked far away enough from the busy road to avoid the hectic traffic. Staff was very helpful and check-in process was quick. I was relieved that our room was actually ready early and we didn't have to wait till the typical 3pm. Rooms were clean and surprisingly roomy with a well sized bathroom. Hotel offered self care amenities like toothbrushes and wash towels which guests could grab in the lobby. Our room did not have a closet but had wall hangars for clothes. Breakfast was simple but had a lot of variety. Be aware that the entrance of the hotel actually did not have a ramp and so you'll need to carry luggage up a few stairs to enter the lobby.

Conveniently located off metro in a quiet area. Clean and well equipped. Breakfast is great. Room is on the small side but understandable in Japan.

Great buffet breakfast - great selection and plenty of food. Even though the area was small, the restaurant staff worked hard to keep it moving. The room that I stayed was small and old, but clean. I was comfortable. The morning front staffs were kind to answer some questions that I had.
