Fantastic
Starting out a stay walking into a nice smelling reception area is always a pleasure, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was also. The bed was very soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was very very hot! Good pressure and a nice way to start the day. Super local to some great coffee shops and food places, under ground parking and a 20 minute walk to the QVB, it was the perfect place for an overnight stay.

Breakfast and service was amazing and nice barista coffee. Only downside very noisy on level 2, (street noise and rooms next door and in corridor hear them Closing etc) rooms need a bit of an upgrade.

I did not have a shower cap on the shell and did not look been cleaned before our arrival as when I put my finger over the shelf I got dust?

The room was reasonably comfortable, and we made good use of the pool and sauna. We had some trouble getting the Chromecast to work on the tv, but this was quickly resolved by helpful staff as soon as we brought it to their attention. We only had the breakfast on one morning, but the buffet had lots of variety

Upon check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was of good size and all appointments were good. The only thing I could possibly say could be better was the length of glass in the bath shower. It could have been longer which would limit the amount of water that went on the floor. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were helpful and nice. The place was clean. However, in the room I was given, whenever you change the room temperature, the air-conditioning duct would make banging/tapping sounds which keep you up at night. The bed, tightly made with extra large sheets (not an issue) had most of the sheet on one side of the bed and hardly any on the other side of the bed. I woke up one night lying on the bed itself and not the sheet and had to remake the bed so that the sheet could be tucked in properly. Having a room next to the staff lift meant you'd wake up to staff talking loudly outside your door. On the last day there was a lot of drilling and banging coming from the hallway. Overall it was a decent stay but not great. It's a decent hotel in a convenient location.

Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room. My only complaint was that the bed itself was really soft which offers very little back support. Apart from that, everything else was very good.
