The location is quiet and close to transportation. The hotel is very clean, upscale, and well maintained. The room was small but beautifully maintained and the bathroom was excellent with a rain shower. Breakfast was available as well as tea service. The staff were amazing. They speak English well and were willing to help with anything, like taxis, local recommendations, and calls. They even have a laundry room!

Hotel was great, staff were nice. The rooms were small, the fact that there was no closet made it even smaller.

Good hotel for Toyko and price, tiny gym

BEWARE: Many of the rooms have windows that face directly into the neighboring building just a few feet away, making the room feel dark and surprisingly claustrophobic. Our initial room was like this, and it was very disappointing. After we complained, the hotel moved us to a similarly nice room that faced outward with an actual view, which made a huge difference in the overall experience. If you stay here, I strongly recommend requesting a room that does not face the adjacent building. It appears that all of the rooms on one side of the hotel have this issue, so it's worth asking at check-in if your room is on that side. Otherwise, the lounge is nice and the rooms are small (typical of Tokyo) and this is a great neighborhood in Ginza so I woudl stay again but make sure you have the room with a window that is not fully blocked.

First off, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property is centrally located close to shopping and transit. Two things I didn’t care for; 1. The lighting in the room was very poor. 2. The mattress is on the floor. That combined with the room being smaller it was a challenge to get in and out of the bed.

Great location and awesome breakfast. Would stay again

It was my second stay at this property. Lovely small boutique hotel. The rooms are not big but they do a good job of making the rooms easy to use. Lots of outlets, and separate outlets and lights on both sides of the beds. Wish there more hooks especially in bath, but I found this to be true at every property I stayed in while in Japan. We skipped housekeeping daily since we took up so much space in the room. The staff was quick to respond if I needed anything. Lovely staff and great location close to shopping and transportation.
