It was amazing luxurious stay. Everything was ready and perfect. Thank you for all friendly and professional staff

Beautiful classic hotel, very clean and the room was spacious

Wonderful stay at the Nagoya Kanko Hotel. Beautifully appointed lobby, restaurant, bar, and room. Breakfast buffet was terrific and offered delicious food for all tastes. Most importantly when my daughter experienced a medical emergency, the staff was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful -- they ended up setting up an immediate appointment at an appropriate clinic (she had already been to another clinic in the city that had not been helpful) where they identified the problem (a severe infection) and immediately addressed the issue with professionalism and kindness. We are so grateful to the staff who helped us to find this wonderful clinic (Yamada City Clinic). Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Kanko Hotel Nagoya. The staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. We needed to adjust our room arrangements and add an extra room, and they handled our request with kindness, understanding, and efficiency. What stood out the most was how friendly they were to the children traveling with us. They made our family feel genuinely welcome, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciate your excellent service and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Nagoya.

2度目の宿泊でした。　内装はリニューアルしたのでしょうか、非常にきれいでした。 6階にレセプションがあり、宿泊者専用のフロアになっていました。 パーキングも無料にて出し入れ自由で便利に使わせて頂きました。

Excellent hotel, large rooms and very spacious. Great location. Very pleasant and very polite friendly staff

오래된 시설이지만 매우 깔금하게 정리 정돈이 되어있어 기분이 좋았다. 오히려 최신시설이 아닌 곳에서 오래된 전통호텔을 깔끔히 즐길 수 있어서 좋았다.

Preferred hotel whenever visiting at Nagoya.

BIg rooms with excellent amenities and free parking.

Room: 4 person family room with 4 twin beds. Staff was extremely helpful, location convenient and not too busy. Pajamas, slippers and toiletries appreciated. Beds and couch very comfortable. The room was quiet, and furnished nicely, and we appreciated the decor. It felt very welcoming. Things that are due to be replaced: Bedspreads, ottomans, and the frame around the bathroom mirror, and the windowsill wallpaper. There is a step up into the bathroom, so it requires caution. Breakfast buffet was delicious, but the carpet in that room has some uneven spots that can cause tripping if you are not wary. We enjoyed the check in lounge on the upper floor with beverages and crackers as a daily perk. I would stay here again in the future. We really enjoyed the amazing, helpful, and kind staff. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.
