Clean room, staff was super friendly and willing to help. My only con was the gym was lacking and the dryers could use some maintenance. Took 2-3 cycles to dry a small load of laundry.

Convenient location in Asakusa. Very close to Senso-ji temple, subway station and numerous restaurants. Hotel recommendations for restaurants were excellent. Very good breakfast buffet available in hotel with very attentive service. Room was large, had a small desk, a small refrigerator and a nice soaking tub in the unit bath. Had two negatives though. On first night, I noticed a very thick 2cm layer of grey, linty dust on the unit bath ceiling vent over the bathtub. I peeled it off and threw it away, notified the desk staff the next morning and they had it thoroughly cleaned while we were out exploring for the day. Second negative was the rather weak wifi service in our 5th floor room. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but think I'd explore other options before choosing this hotel due to my experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, quiet location near train station. Clean room and bathroom. Typical Tokyo size - small, but it has all the basic amenities.

I loved this hotel! It was so clean, quiet, and in a great location close to Senso-ji and so many great restaurants. Only negative was the bed was pretty hard, but the room was otherwise so comfortable that I still slept great. The AC was nice and cold, too, which was a welcome reprieve from the Tokyo heat. Staff were super nice and welcoming, as well. Loved the in-room coffee & tea that was provided, as well as the refill stations for water. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean room, really timey space for the price. Plan to wait a few hours for laundry, drying took way too long with 3 cycles.
