the price was excellent but the staff wasnt very friendly. House keeping was thorough and hallways leading to rooms were often dirty. Front desk clerk when we checked in wasnt friendly and not very helpful.

Toilet in the room kept getting blocked - it was gross . The staff were lovely but ultimately couldn’t fix the issue . The buffet breakfast is terrible - boiled eggs weren’t even cooked properly, the sunny side eggs tasted like rubber and the scrambled eggs were runny .
Fruits seemed like they had been sitting for a few days.
Location wise it’s convenient and had a 7-11 within walking distance along with a laundromat as well .The bathrooms need a Reno .

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with refilling my water bottle. The spa is not included in the stay but overall the hotel was perfect fornwhat we needed.

Traveling with kids 19, 12 and 10 and has adjoining room, there was enough space for all of us. Breakfast was decent and tasty, option for all and is well staffed. Location as a tourist was ok, appreciated had shuttle to mall and BTS, a little removed from areas of interest, however not far from airport so was good location for last few days in Thailand.

Interconnecting family room on 7th floor of block B. Comfortable with large bathroom. Small kitchen provided in one with hob, sink, fridge/freezer and crockery etc. Very convenient for 7-11 and only 10 minute walk from sky train stop. Would recommend and would stay again.

The same breakfast menu every morning although opens before 6 am
Messy wet floor during shower due to lack of shower curtain
Some amenities good like kettle refrigerator mini stove microwave oven and eating utensils.
Room not provided with a chair.
Ok for short stay.
