No sheets and the shower head fell off

Amazing staff at reception.. I went to my home team Bursaspor’s championship match in Bursa and I was greeted phenomenally. Everything I asked for helpfull staff provided.. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was also fantastic as there were a variety of options for breakfast including daily soup.. I really recommend this fabulous hotel..

For the price there isn't anything to complain about. Friendly staff, clean quarters, somewhat quite room wide selection breakfast.

i take hotel for 4 days and every ting different to show the pictures my first room level 2 no elevator and bad smiling sugars toalet plastic cover broken sekend day change my room in the night bedbugs My hand was stung.that night day guys chenged my room again give me suite but the suite don't have a safe box water heater or coffee and tea ,glasses 1 day soon i go out and not refund my money now i see my banking account hotel take more $300 dollars But they had already taken the full amount of the room from me.I think it's a big scam there.Nothing like the pictures. The toilet door opens next to the bed.As an American citizen who came to Bursa for vacation,This hotel take me scam badly that it ruined my vacation.

The hotel was just a few minutes walk away from the main markets and restaurants which was great for a short trip. The room was unfortunately quite dirty as you can see from the photos. It doesn’t look like they do a deep clean very often, more a light tidying. The towels and bed sheets didn’t smell fresh either. The hotel lobby was quite nice to sit in and chill out, and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions in English or Turkish. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was quite basic, but it looked fine as an option.
