Bathroom was not cleaned properly, no toilet paper, cups were stained and had lipstick marks on it still. Noisy industrial part of Wan Chai, foul smells permeated into the building. The building is ancient and only cosmetically refurbished. Great location and staff though! This location should be classified as a hostel at best. Close to many historical sites and nearby Wan Chai outdoor market provides lots of options for food/sundries for travellers. Room is cleaned once per week, as stated on placard posted at the front desk. Definitely not 10 square meters in size as stated on Expedia website.

It is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and only a 15 to 20 minute walk from major business hubs such as Central, Admiralty, and Causeway Bay. China Rich Hotel is also located at the "Wan Chai Cultural-Historical Circle" with many famous tourist attractions nearby, such as the hundred-year-old Grade 1 historic building “Blue House”, the museum "Hong Kong House of Stories", the famous shopping avenue "Lee Tung Street," and many more. Our hotel provides 78 comfortable guest rooms. In addition, all guest rooms are equipped with a free Wi-Fi network. We also provide a complimentary buffet breakfast. Other complimentary services include routine cleaning and disinfection, daily replacement of linen, free-of-charge toiletries and bottled water, and so on.
