Minunat

Everything was fine had the basic amenities needed that you grab at the 2nd floor reception. A little harder to find initially. Only real complaint is some trash not being taken when getting roomed cleaned or finding previous guests hair and stuff on the floor or bed (not a whole lot but reasonable amount of hair). As well the telephone to contact staff does not work or to dial anywhere else.

Although the rooms were dark, the overall stay was excellent. We had club floor access and it was nice to have water, juice, coffee and alcohol readily accessible. The front desk staff also helped us ship out luggage to Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again.

Room carpet was stained in too many spots all over the room. Complained to front desk and they replaced majority of the stained carpet tiles a few hours after check-in. But of course they couldn’t replace all. It was just evident the hotel needs work to keep up with cleaning and maintenance.

Hotel location was great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Amenities at the hotel were also wonderful. Restaurant was connected and free Starbucks at the reception desk including complimentary travel essentials. Great experience

Minunat

Am stat cu copiii

Everything was perfect about this hotel except their policy on kids. Excellent breakfast buffet with cheese wheel, free amenities like toothbrushes, lotion, combs. Clean, comfy beds. Beware that they won’t let you share room with children elementary age as they treat them as adults & will force you to add another room. So we ended up paying double. I had 3 small kids who could easily fit in the double beds in the room but they didn’t let us.

We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly wish we had stayed here on our previous trips too. The hotel was spotless, smelled amazing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s also in a great location with plenty of food options nearby. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!
