It was a great location, close to both shopping malls such as Daimaru and Parco, and many dining options. The front desk staff are very helpful and cheerful; we were always greeted cheerfully whenever we returned or left the property. No issues with communication at all. The property has convenient and easy to use laundry facilities and umbrellas for borrowing. The room wasn’t as big as I expected and it is difficult to have big luggages opened in the room. Nonetheless, it’s still an excellent option and my kids loved the room.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The view from our room was incredible. The place was very clean. Overall we really enjoyed this stay!

Fantastic location. Travelled around Japan and did the typical Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka loop and spent five days at each mimaru. Did luggage delivery. Was there with kids. We like having a little bit of extra room and a kitchenette for breakfast and food in the morning. The staff at this particular Mimaru were outstanding. Very engaging with the kids and lots of fun treasure hunts and really great recommendations. All of the Mimaru places we stayed at work great, but this one was the best based on the staff. Will definitely stay at this place when we come back.

Super happy with this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped room, great layout for a family of 3. Friendly service. Nice little extra touches for kids (eg treasure hunt). Location is fab - plenty of restaurants within walking distance, metro a 2 min walk away. We’ll be back.

We were in the Deluxe Two Bedroom and it could comfortably sleep and accommodate 8 adults. Room was incredibly spacious, location was fantastic for downtown Osaka. Hotel was very kid friendly with a scavenger hunt and origami activities in the lobby. Would totally recommend for a family stay.
