Fantastic

After a disastrous trip back from Switzerland in 2025, due to storms in Philadelphia, we decided on a 19 hour layover, allowing us to spend the night at this great hotel. The room was large & comfortable, as were the beds, there was a fridge, & a basic breakfast was also provided, with a free airport shuttle. It doesn't get better than that, & we'll be back next year & as long as we're able to travel to Switzerland.

We waited almost an hour for the shuttle to come, when we were told it would be 10 minutes. When the driver arrived he was annoyed that we had called back to the hotel to ask if he was coming. This was the only negative part of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and appreciated after our long international flight.

Poorly maintained, mouse came into the room under the 1+ inch gap underneath the door (which also let in lots of noise and light). Staff was nice enough, and the price reflected the quality. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This was a good hotel for the price but it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Lots of carpet stains and bathroom shower was not up to standard.
