Bun I booked a Premium Room for two adults and two children (aged 5 and 9) and was surprised to find only one double bed and a Japanese-style tatami mat to sleep on. Since it was late at night and the hotel was fully booked, I had no choice but to sleep on the floor on this tatami mat.
This detail was never mentioned during the booking process; had I known, I would not have chosen this room type. We are currently on a three-country family trip, and we haven't encountered this issue anywhere else. So, if you are a family of four, double-check your room details before booking.
Otherwise, the hotel is nice and well-equipped, but this room experience was a real disappointment.

Not much parking right at the entrance. We got lucky every night I think. Not much is super walkable nearby the location and a pinch hard to find even with GPS. Otherwise, nice staff and quiet rooms. Everything worked as promised.
