The room had a stench as if something had been rotting there for some time. The hotel put effort into things like providing dental kits rather than making their rooms livable. This hotel was not the cleanest and could do with a deep clean. The reception area is decieving as it looks nice, however the rooms do not reflect th. Hotel was not that bothered when we raised the problems with the room, citing rhat it was fully booked. We left 2 nights esrly without any reffund as we couldnt get any rest here.

Yes, staff support was lacking. Pictures didn’t fit with real situation. It was a scam and we were very disappointed. I don’t recommend it for anyone.

It is advisable to plan pick-up and drop-off arrangements in advance from the front of the hotel, as the main road is closed several times a day for prayers.

Alhamdulillah. It was very good but everything was fine, but there was a bit of a dirty of dust because their hoover was broken. They were just brushing. We had an allergy problem.
