The staff was great and very helpful. The only down side was that there was only one shuttle. The other was that our room was only cleaned one time while we there. We were there for four days.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and shower had good hot water. The hotel is in need of a renovation and is in need of repairs. The elevators especially. For what I had to pay, I expected a better experience.

I didn’t like the cost of parking because when I booked to stay there it said parking was $18 a night. It was $33 a night, but I’m glad it was parking on the street for free.

The temperature of the room was hard to regulate. Even after it was serviced by maintenance there were still periods of being too cold and too hot. Also the parking charge taxes which were not mentioned upon arrival. I would not have chosen this hotel if I would have known that the parking fee was $38 a night. That’s too expensive.”
