I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and was satisfied. This time, however, two people in my party had money stolen from their travel bags which were in their rooms. Should the money have been in the safe, yes! However, they mad a mistake and didn't do that. As a result, a significant amount of money was stolen from two different rooms. If you stay here, be SURE to put valuables in the safe or you could be the next victim. I will never stay at this hotel again.

シャワーを浴びると、洗面室が水浸しになります。排水も詰まっていて、すぐに水溜りができます。シャワーブースから水が溢れない様に、補修工事してください。

Room and amenities were clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful and polite, even with some staff's lack of English, they assisted very well in providing us the information or items we needed. Room was spacious and matched the photos and description. I found a few items listed that did not exist, e.g. Poolside Bar, but this could be a summer thing (we went in winter). Nice local cafe's close by, as well as some nice eateries a short walk away. Was happy to stay here away from the business of the Old Quarter. Would definitely go back there if I visit Hanoi again. It was a bit out of the way, but short "Grab" ride provided us an easy route to the touristy stuff.

Fantastic

The bed was extremely comfortable. I wanted to take it home with me. The receptionist and doormen were really friendly and helpful. I rarely write a review but had to this time because this hotel is a rare gem. I will be back.

The main reception staff are polite and helpful. They were welcoming and lovely but everything else wasnt great Breakfast their were many fruit flys and not that many options, just a few bread options, salad bar, pho and egg station. The room was okay, the tv was only in Vietnamese could not change it. Only stayed here 3 nights wouldn't have stayed any longer The location is at the end of an alley way, quiet location but about 25/40 minute drive from main tourists shops, train street, note coffee, banh mi 25 etc. The massage ladies in Lotus Spa the hotel massage ladies - STAY AWAY - they are inappropriate and disrespectful. I attended with my husband and the lady tried to get a tip by offering sexual services very disrespectful, the street massages were more respectful
