Location is 10/10 Booked 2 nights. When i checked in they gave me a totally different room, way different than the pictures they have online. When i complained the next day they moved me to a different room. Which was pleasant experience. It's not that clean either. Seen insects in the room such as small cockroach, spider, ants. It's not worth the price

Checking in and in general the staff are courteous and helpful. Location is obviously good due to easy walking distance to many places to eat,shop or sight seeing. Room look better in pictures vs reality. Room cabinet top look heavily scuff up. Bed are comfortable. Some black mold on the shower tiles and near faucets. The 2 hanging lights by the bed nightstand are poorly placed. We both keep hitting our head whenever we are using the outlets or drawers.

Great spot, and truly excellent help and service from the staff, but let down by the tired fittings and specification in the bedroom and bathroom which isn’t up to a few others of the same price and caliber in Hanoi we stayed in.
