The property is great in general. However, the reception counter people do not seem to be professional. The previous day we borrowed bikes from their concierges and left our GPS holder on one of the bikes. The concierges found the holder and properly documented it for lost and found. The next morning when we were checking out, we asked the reception counter staff twice if they found our holder, and both times they told us no without checking the lost and found paperwork. As we were leaving, we asked the concierges outside and they took us to the reception counter located the holder and the paperwork.

Close to many land mark, walkable to old street for food, has fireworks on Saturdays which was a surprise, room was very clean, bathroom was amazing with a tub facing the lake, it was a beautiful view and there are many activities for the kids and teen to do at the hotel. Would stay here again

Lo mejor es que es nuevo y la piscina es genial. Lo malo es que no venden licor en la piscina. Aburrido. Pero en general bien. Recomendado si no buscas diversión, solo relax.

In accordance with environmental protection requirements and the Environmental Protection Administration's regulations, starting January 1, 2024, the hotel will no longer proactively provide complimentary disposable toiletries (toothbrush sets, shower caps, razor sets, combs, cotton swabs, dental floss picks, hair ties, slippers, bottled water, etc.) in guest rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own toiletries. Amenities will be replaced with wall-mounted units to reduce the use of plastic bottles and containers.

The hotel will close its outdoor infinity pool area and water bar from November 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026 for maintenance. The pool and water bar will be unavailable during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
