Manager Hu, a graceful and attentive leader, ensured every detail of our experience was handled with empathy and precision. Even the staff at the entrance played a meaningful role—helping us with our bags, offering gentle guidance, and greeting us with sincerity that lingered long after check-in. Their small acts of service felt like rituals of welcome. Dining was another highlight. The second-floor restaurant team was incredibly friendly and patient, especially as we navigated language differences.
