Pague por una habitación con das camas y me dieron una con una sola cama en la primera noches, me han dado dos camas hasta la segunda noche, me comentaron que me harían un descuento y no me han dado descuento.

I discovered a live cockroach on my bathroom floor and visible mildew/mold on the bathroom ceiling during my stay. I have photos of both. These are serious health and sanitation violations that no guest should ever experience. When I contacted IHG, they offered only 10,000 points - inadequate compensation for these conditions. I would not recommend this property and urge management to address these issues immediately. Future guests deserve better.

The shuttle going into the hotel was disappointing. I jumped in the shuttle and they told me to get off as it was not mine. I called the hotel and they sent the same shuttle. I spent over one hour dealing with this

This is an older HI which hasn't been renovated, at least not recently. It's clean and staff is helpful. The airport shuttle to DFW runs until noon, then takes a break for a few hours. On the plus side the rooms a big and it's easy to find room for a suitcase. Breakfast was good = as expected for HIE.

After reading other reviews, I expected this hotel to be cleaner, friendlier, and better maintained. It was dim, somewhat run-down, not super clean, and employees were just looking at phones or talking to each other. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 a.m. Shower water-pressure was a joke. Sink did not drain well. Mat stuck to bathtub floor hiding who knows what. Toilet was crooked, wobbly, and slow to flush. Bedding seemed clean. Room was quiet. We were only in town for quick shopping and picking someone up from the airport. Would not stay here again.
