Air conditioning was broken during the whole stay. Staff said there wasn’t anything they could do about it & finally sent a technician who didn’t fix it either. Otherwise nice hotel for the price and location

Friendly, clean hotel with a good breakfast. We liked the area, near public transport, amongst local community, quick walk to the river which was lovely to walk along to the East Side Gallery
