Everything was good other than the photo shows they provide breakfast. The staff were very helpful, it would be nicer if the vending machines carried diet drinks for us diabetic people also if they provided some type of complementary waters that would be nice other than that it was okay for the price.

this hotel is in a very poor condition they advertise free breakfast but they stopped serving it. The lights in the room did not work. No shampoo. The bed is noisy and the air matress is on very bad condition.

Horrible experience overall, spider webs everywhere, breakfast was not included as advertised on the website, no shampoo available.

I had a very mixed experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites Winter Haven Chain of Lakes.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home.
The pool area was actually decent and seemed to be one of the better-maintained parts of the property.
However, I was also disappointed that the hotel advertises a free continental breakfast, which was not available during our stay. That felt misleading and should be clearly communicated.
I do want to highlight that the front desk clerk was amazing—very professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, they were the best part of the entire experience and handled everything with a great attitude.
Overall, due to the condition of the room and the lack of advertised amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff.

Air conditioning was an issue, took all night to drop only 5 degrees. Room was clean an parking wasn't an issue
