We had a wonderful day visiting Wuzhen thanks to our local guide, Ms Sun. From the moment we arrived, she shared fascinating stories about the town’s rich history, culture, and traditions, making every corner come alive. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail ensured that our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She was always happy to answer questions and recommended excellent spots for photos and local delicacies. Wuzhen is beautiful on its own, but her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly special. Thank you for your professionalism and hospitality—we highly recommend her to anyone visiting Wuzhen.

The tour guide didn't seem to have a very good grasp of the group, possibly due to some individuals being difficult to manage, which led to people being late or getting off the bus and immediately getting lost. Personally, I think Wuzhen's West Scenic Zone is truly beautiful at night. During the day, it might be better to find a shop, sit down, and wait for nightfall. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.

This trip was so wonderful & enjoyable even though time was limited due to May 1st China Labour holidays. All places visited was so scenic & beautiful especially WuZhen. Hotels provided are mostly 5stars, very comfortable. Huangpu night cruise is a must to experience the classic Shanghai city iconic night view. Sailed by the glowing Bund & the beautiful reflection on the water was so amazing. I wanted to give a big thanks *5stars* to 小王@克洛伊, our guide for 4 days 3 nights touring Zhejiang province, a very well organised & responsible guide who always check on all members to make sure all are safe. Also wanted to thank 星星, our local Shanghai guide. This trip is highly recommended to everyone. Thank you again.

Despite the heavy rain during our two-day trip to Wuzhen and Suzhou, our tour guide, Xiao Ye, did an excellent job explaining the history and stories behind each attraction. She also had to manage the needs of various groups, which was truly not easy. She is a very professional and responsible guide. Even with the rain, we had a wonderful time learning about history and exploring different old streets. We would definitely join another tour with her if we have the chance.

Perhaps due to the rain, the tour guide arrived a bit late. Afterward, we walked quite a long distance with umbrellas before getting on the tour bus. The Humble Administrator's Garden was very crowded. Lunch was a simple buffet, and one dish was spoiled. Wuzhen is incredibly beautiful; if I were to go again, I would choose to stay there for a night.

Despite I get the 10:00-12:00 ticket but managed to enter at 12:15pm. For kids below 120cm is free of charge no ticket needed. If you intend to visit East Gate as well, promo ticket is available at the counter for RMB190 on both West and East which is RMB70 discount per adult. In park shuttle ride is available for RMB10 per ride if you are not staying in the park. For long distance bus to Shanghai/Suzhou/Hangzhou, ticket kiosk is at the opposite of tourist center.

The makeup and styling were excellent! The auntie who helped with the clothes was very kind and professional. The only downside was that when we went back to return the clothes and print the photos, the shop told us they didn't handle it there and we had to go to a store 2-3 minutes away. However, we walked for 10 minutes, and I honestly don't think they could even run there in 2 minutes. Also, when we first entered, they greeted us very warmly, but as soon as they saw we had a voucher from a platform, they immediately cooled down and just said, "You can pick out any clothes, go ahead and choose!" without any intention of helping or introducing anything. Finally, for the photos, we had to go to a place 10 minutes away, and that's when they tried to upsell us on additional photo retouching services.
