Experimentați fuziunea dinamică dintre tradiție și modernitate în Chinatown-ul din Singapore, unde tarabele locale de "hawker" coexistă cu baruri moderne, de ultimă generație.
Începeți-vă aventura pe Pagoda Street la ora 17:00, încercând Bakkwa, o carne suculentă, asemănătoare cu "jerky", gătită lent la grătar, pe cărbuni. Plimbați-vă mai departe și explorați ofertele diverșilor vânzători de fructe tropicale, inclusiv faimosul Durian, alături de fructe de mare proaspete și produse esențiale zilnice.
Continuați spre Chinatown Complex, unde vă așteaptă un centru de "hawker" cu o multitudine de standuri de mâncare. Gustați fie savuroasa "prăjitură de morcovi", fie Char Keow Teow, o garnitură populară care încântă cu ingredientele sale simple, dar aromate.
Aici veți gusta orez cu pui și sos de soia: pui suculent, fraged, marinat, asortat cu orez alb și arahide, și un magazin de deserturi.

Had a great experience with guide Kim Ping. Came in with little to no knowledge of what types of foods were available in hawker centres. We tasted a total of 9 dishes and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend anyone to take this tour, Kim Ping was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

went on a guided tour with Kim and loved how she showed us around, and told us also stories about the history of China Town. and we we're able to try different food and all was really good :) ❤️

It was a pleasure to discover a variety of local specialities (coffe, toast, pastries, chicken rice, and much more) with a native of Singapore’s Chinatown. Go with an empty stomach. Highlight of our trip.
Due to a mis-communicatton with the tour pickup point, the tour company rescheduled the tour for the next day. This was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed the tour. Great money value. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and waited to ensure that our transportation arrived and we were safetly in the car before she ended the tour. We would gladly recommend this tour.
My husband and I did the food tour during our second night in Singapore with Kim. She was absolutely amazing; extremely knowledgeable on all local cuisine and the best options for trying different styles of food. She also showed us around to some fantastic artwork and gave us an explanation of each artwork at the different locations. Not only was the food tour great, but we also now have a few options for places to eat in the coming days that were not included on the food tour, but highly recommended by Kim.
