I honestly can’t believe how incredible this Canberra guided tour was! From the very start, Neil (our guide and driver) was nothing short of outstanding, knowledgeable, professional, and with a great sense of humor that made the day so enjoyable. He’s truly an A+ guide! As a solo traveler, I was a little nervous about feeling left out, but Neil went above and beyond to make sure I was included, comfortable, and having a great time. His attention to detail, stories about Canberra’s history, and little insider tips made the tour feel so much more personal and special. The whole experience was seamless – from the way Neil managed the schedule, to the fascinating places we visited, to the little moments where he added extra touches that made the trip unforgettable. I walked away not only learning so much about Canberra but also feeling like I had traveled with a group of friends. If you’re considering a tour of Canberra – book this one. Neil will make it an experience you’ll never forget!
The pickup was prompt, and the itinerary included most of the must-see locations in Canberra. Our guide, Neil, was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing us with valuable insights about the city. Overall, we had a very enjoyable day and learned a lot about Canberra during the tour.

no photos to upload because the tour never happened. this is the first time I’ve experienced a failed booking on klook. i was at the meeting place 15mins before 9am and waited til 10am while i was reporting to klook why there’s no pick up or even other joiners in the area. i was at Jolimont Tourist Centre and novotel along northborne ave as indicated on my voucher. no signs of tourist bus or van but Taxis. they have not refunded me! i reported 3x that day. klook agent tried to call them but no answer. i even asked the people from murrays bus if they’re familiar with Canberraguidedtours but no. Attached is the photo i took of the train at 848am while waiting there standing cold.🥶
