All the staff were accommodating, helpful, and nice. They made sure that we can catch our flight home despite the weather while ensuring our safety. There were plenty of food and they were delicious. The boat rides were rough, but we were able to visit 3 of the 6 sites due to weather disturbance. All in all, it was an awesome travel and highly recommend the tour.
Everything was seamless. The tour staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food was very festive and we weren't left hungry at all.
Staff are very nice, helpful and very accommodating. Hotel or inn is expensive with no other amenities except for the ac? Your really have to look around. Klook doesn’t have enough choices.
I love the place, the tour guides are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely visit Gigantes again.
The places were great. How we wished that we could stay longer.. The problem, we spent more time on the boat travelling than on the islands doing activities. For example, we travelled for an hour to our first island just to have pictures there for 20 minutes. For the accomodation, the food was great. We did not expect much for the room but what made it worse was the broken AC unit. We did not have a good night sleep.
We received the email confirming pick up late. Otherwise, good experience.
일로일로에서 항구도착 2시간30분동안 기다리다가 투어시작, 숙소 엄청 안좋음. 일정은 괜찮으나 스노쿨링 포인트가 없었음.
