The massage is very comfortable and the pressure is just nice. You can also access the gym room and swimming pool and the locker. Including a healthy meal. The hotel is so big and nice. Only point can be improved is the toilet in gym room is a bit small and not so tidy.

Excellent experience! Massage therapist Carmen was amazing! Very skillfull and attentive, entire body felt lighter and relieved immediately and even 2 days later. Receptionist Thao was also very polite, professional and paid attention to details too - ushering to the pool area for the healthy meal, offered to relax at the lounge. Great experience and this is what it should be like! Unlike the horrible experience at ELEMENTS WELLNESS ION ORCHARD- that caused severe body pain for over 2 weeks and horrible customer service at the reception too. Have raised the issue to Klook - couldn't even leave a review there!

Fuss free service. Gym is small but comfortable and not crowded. Massage was relaxing and healthy meal by poolside is delicious. Very chill

Overall great experience! Had the body massage and body scrub. It was heavenly! Fell asleep several times. I managed to use the gym as well. Loved how there is lots of equipments to use too!
