Experiență de vindecare prin sunet de la Tirta Spa Boracay

What can I say? Everything was perfect! Starting from the interior, the ambiance, the hospitality, and the Healing Sound itself — everything was just amazing. Entering Tirta Spa reminded me of the hotels and spas in Bali. The interior was well-thought-of. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They even sang a birthday song for me. For my birthday this year, I decided to try the Sound Healing. I’ve been wanting to experience it and I decided the best way to do it is while we are in the island for a total relaxation. The Sound Healing experience has exceeded our expectation. We started by washing our hands, cleansing our energy using palo santo (or maybe sage), meditating to the surround sound of Tibetan singing bowls, and then mental and body vibration using tuning forks. Personally, at first, I was intimidated because I was not sure if I was doing the meditation correctly (since this is my first). But eventually I stopped worrying and just focus my mind on the sound and followed what the Sound Healing Master was telling us. For first timers like me, don’t worry, the Sound Healing Master was really nice and patient in giving instructions. All you have to do is relax your mind and body for a perfect sound healing experience. Will definitely be back when I’m in the island again.

I recently had the opportunity to try a sound bath healing session, and I have to say, it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. I went in with an open mind, not really knowing what to expect, but I left feeling incredibly calm and refreshed. The session took place in a peaceful dimly lit room, where I was invited to lie down on a comfortable mat. The facilitator started by explaining the different instruments she would use—crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes—and how each sound would serve to help release tension and balance my energy. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how sound could have such a profound effect, but I was willing to see where it went. Once the sounds began, I felt a wave of relaxation wash over me almost immediately. The vibrations from the instruments seemed to sink deep into my body, and I could physically feel my muscles loosening up. My mind, which had been racing all week with stress and to-do lists, started to quiet down. The sounds were so rich and soothing that I found it easy to slip into a meditative state. There was something incredibly comforting about just lying there and letting the sounds envelop me. During the session, I noticed an unexpected emotional release. At one point, I felt a lump in my throat, and before I knew it, I was tearing up. It wasn’t out of sadness, but more like a deep, cathartic release of built-up tension that I didn’t even realize I was carrying. By the end of the session, I felt lighter—both mentally and emotionally. I had this profound sense of clarity that stuck with me long after the session ended.

The Tirta Spa Boracay's Sound healing and vibration therapy was a great first-time experience. From the moment we stepped in to their foyer to the courtyard and to the Healing place, you can only feel the peace and serenity of the place. The session was very relaxing,the sounds from the Tibetan gongs,copper basins and tuning forks will lull you to doze off. Ms. En and Ms. Cecil were very knowledgeable and accomodating. They really do deserve those international awards!!!👍

The vibe was perfect. It had a Bali-like facade and it was quiet, it was peaceful and everything you need to be away from the touristy spots of Boracay. Teacher Cecille Acuña was my instructor for the day and she radiated a warm and space personality that I found myself listening to her lessons whole heartedly. She answered all of my questions in basic language but at the same time, you can sense her expertise in the field. All the kinds of sounds were laid out to me and with my eyes closed, I sinked everything in. For one moment it felt lucid, like I was in a dream but not. It was then later explained to me that that was part of the experience. I was surprised that I was provided with pictures with all the equipment used on me. Every now and then I have to do this kind of cleansing because there is just so much healing out here in the world to discover -- even more than what our eyes can perceive. we had the best massage in our life. It’s our first time to experience the sound healing. It made me cry when the healer said to embrace ourselves. 😭 we have experienced the best calm feeling after. I will go here every time i will come to Boracay!

ステーション3からバイクの後ろに乗せてもらい50ペソで行ける場所にバリ島のような佇まいのようなスパでの体験です。そこにいるだけで癒されるような場所で横になって様々な音による癒しのセッションは贅沢なひと時になります。マッサージとはまた違う心身共に癒される体験になりました。おススメです！

1度受けてとても良かったので今回、2回目の体験です。スパでの滞在自体が贅沢なひと時になるのはもちろん、ヒーリングに興味のない人でも身体に触れて行われるマッサージとは別の様々な音によるリラックス効果を心身ともに体験できます。是非に多くの人に体験して欲しいと思うおススメの内容です。
