We were planning to visit Fengjia Night Market and decided to get a massage nearby. We found this place online and asked our hotel to call to make an appointment since they didn’t offer online booking—a bit inconvenient for travelers like us with US roaming SIM cards that don’t allow local calls nor have LINE app. We arrived on time, but the door was locked. After waiting a bit, someone came to let us in and provided slippers and clothing to change into. The therapists were two young females who primarily used their forearms during the massage. While the space looked clean, the setting wasn’t very relaxing due to the bright lighting. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted twice as the therapists had to leave to answer the door or phone. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a dedicated receptionist to handle these interruptions. Considering the abundance of massage parlors in the area and the small price difference on Klook (only about $2 less than their standard rate), we wouldn’t return. The lack of attention to customer comfort and professionalism made the experience less enjoyable.
